Welcome to LAMANIKA Digital Agency. By accessing our platform, engaging our design and engineering services, or accepting a commercial quotation, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Engagement
All digital agency engagements are governed by an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or signed Quotation detailing specific deliverables, milestone schedules, and technical requirements.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final settlement of all contractually agreed milestones, complete ownership of all custom deliverables, including proprietary source code, Figma design files, database schemas, and branded creative assets, is formally transferred to the Client.
3. Milestone Acceptance & Warranty
Deliverables undergo rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lamanika warrants that all developed software will function according to agreed specifications during the designated post-launch warranty period (1 to 6 months depending on package).
